The adjustable strap makes this one-size-fits-all! I make the straps wider and use a smaller D-ring than leading name brands to keep the strap from slipping.
A special feature that I have available for the Lullaby Nursing Covers is a secret pocket on the lower back corner of the cover. It perfectly holds two nursing pads or a pacifier. Many mothers often wonder what to do with their nursing pads while feeding their baby. Now you can avoid losing or dropping them while nursing in public! This is an added feature for $5.
